when you have a staff made up of teachers, not just coaches who need a certain person to make it work. Very thankful to have guys who can coachup players rather than just use up what that player comes with naturally. Garrett has skills that can't be taught, but lacks the knowledge to make the needed step up that's where the coaching staff comes in and brings him up to speed.....I think he will be a pleasant surprise, Hollins as you say is more than capable at least as a rotation guy, maybe even more than that.
I see the same in store for Brown III on the D-Line with Henderson in his ear.
This coaching staff even with it's fluxes is a major, major factor.
