If I'm the Rams, I would certainly keep the door open for the Badger. But I wouldn't break the bank. I think a really good outside CB like Gilmore might be the place to spend some money. But not too much.
I like our safety corps as it is with Fuller and Scott, with Rapp in rotation.
We need to remember that our situation when we acquired Weddle was we had lost our "green dot" leader Fuller, and even our second "green dot" Jones was also out. In fact, both starting safeties were out and we were hurting.
But with Fuller and Rapp back, and Scott having emerged, the Honey Badger might not be high on the list. Even so, the Rams could judge that he is a position variable secondary player who borders on being a star (in my opinion) and can make the D better.
