And Lewis is just a really good player, but is better at run stop than pass rush. The knee will always present a problem.
Hollins has good size and length and speed, and provides "average" pass rush, and pretty good run control.
None, of course, are Von Miller, a first ballot HOFer for sure.
But, IMO the cupboard isn't bare. It's not like the Rams don't have a very good pass rusher on one side in Floyd. And they have OK pass rushers on the other side with that group of 3.
Might they add another player at OLB? Sure. But my bet is that it has to be a really good vet or whatever they add will come from the draft. Meaning, unless they fit a Fuller style home run, we won't see much of that player this season.
I think our starting D is already on the roster with the possible exception of a Secondary player.
