I broke them down here

One game they gave up 3.6 yards a game, another 4.4 yards per rush

they were not good, but not nearly as bad as people made them out to be
1 TD in each game

in the playoffs they ran for 50 yards on 18 carries

3 games 113.7 yards = 3.59 yards per rush. Against a team than
focuses on the rush, has a great line. we did well.

So, I I watched the Rams game, understood the schemes the Rams used
in the games and Rams were 1-2 and gave up 3.6 per rush.
