I think this is why the Rams have interest in Wagner.

AD is the fire. Wagner could be the glue.

Running effectively between the tackles pretty well ends if Wagner is in there.

That said, the Rams are not going to break the bank for the guy. Better at ILB is one thing; great isn't needed or valued in the Rams D.
