Wow, where is the wolf love? You are a tough crowd. If our starter plays every snap and it's ideal that he does, what does a backup QB besides sending in signals? Very hard to judge players standing on the sidelines. He might be amazing in practice.
So if the backup QB isn't that important, wouldn't it make more sense to have someone that has a bright future to develop at that position? Who knows? We might actually find a "diamond in the rough" that could help us in the future.
We all know what The Wolf's ceiling is. He is not a starter and never will be IMO. Perkins or another option (draft, FA) would be a wiser choice. Sometimes you need a good backup for a few games. I would like to have someone there that I actually thought was capable of winning them. The Wolf just isn't that guy IMO.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
