I don't think we can deny that he has McVay's full confidence. I don't think it's his physical skills that McVay, or anyone else, sees in him.. I believe it to be his knowledge of the game AND his knowledge of McVay's system... I believe it was 'proven' that if he comes into the game, (as he did in 2019), McVay changes nothing....
it's full playbook and damn the torpedos.
Damn the torpedo's and Damn the possibility of winning the game! lol
There's no way The Wolf can run the WHOLE playbook. He just can't make all the throws. It's that simple really.
IMO, The Wolf has no future. We know his ceiling and it is too low. Perkins on the other hand has unlimited potential and a high ceiling. I would be very shocked if The Wolf outplays Perkins in the Preseason.
Perkins is the better player, the better athlete and can make more throws than The Wolf. The only thing The Wolf has and edge over Perkins in is that he has more NFL experience than Perkins...a total of 57 minutes worth of experience!!! lol
The Wolf didn't even last 5 quarters of ball before getting hurt and looked VERY mediocre in his limited time after that. IMO, Wolf-a-mania will not be running wild in Los Angeles this year or hopefully any year after.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
