I have confidence in the fact that as of now- mid-March- they have fewer needs and holes than most teams.
First of all, they have a great coach and very good QB. That combination alone puts you ahead of about 3/4 of the league.
They have a quality RB in Akers and good backup in Henderson. Funk is the RB3 for now. Set at WR with Woods returning and- I assume- OBJ brought back. They re-signed the two most critical FA on their OL. On and on.
We may forget we already have a high quality edge rusher in Floyd. Many teams do not have one. Sure, they need more in the other side but Hollins can play there and I feel good about Garrett developing in year two.
Really, they have holes to fill around the edges. Find their RG. Edge help. Maybe another CB. A blocking TE? A new punter. Re-sign Powell to return kicks. More depth wherever they can get it. Not a bad place to be on March 17th if you ask me.
