We know Snead has a plan B, C and D of that we can be assured. However, Von Miller was plan A for a reason which is because it was the best option.
Plans B, C & D are all lesser options, at least on paper so don't expect the moon in seeking Von's replacement. There does seem to be some decent edge players still available and we can never be to sure how positive they are regarding the unproven youngsters like Garrett.
Heck they may even wait until after June to make a move or they might go into training camp to further evaluate their in house options.
What I know is the McSnead have thought our alternatives in case this happened and that they are moving forward with Plan B and hoping plan B works out.
