It is about 2.4 million for right of matching other offers or just under 4 million for a second round pick in comp. A 2.4 cap hit for next year would put him at #15 on the current roster. That will obviously drop after signing some FAs (including other RFAs Gay and Shelton). One assumes some of the other UFAs Von Miller, OBJ, Noteboom, Corbett, etc. will come in at a higher 2022 cap hit as well. There is very little chance they offer the 4 million so if they go with the 2.4 offer, some team that likes him can set up a contract that has a heavy cap hit in 22 and lower in 23 that the rams may not want to match.
