One thing I've always thought about the Robinson and Quick picks compared to some of Snead's successes in recent years: as the GM Snead is responsible for providing the HC with the type of players the HC wants. It's easy for me to believe that Fisher was intrigued by specimens while McVay trends more towards football players.
