We don't live in a perfect world and our FO is not perfect. I agree with you that the Tutu pick was very bad and was a bad look for our FO.

But I would cut down on the hyperbole. This FO has been successful for some 5 years now, with two SB appearances, four playoff appearances, and always winning records. I'd bet at least 27 fan bases would trade their FO for ours! Our FO is doing something right and doing it consistently.

The ex-Cowboy LBer, Acho, said something to the effect that McSnead has changed the standard way of team building. You can't argue with consistent success.
