Yes it was

The refs let them play for most of the game, but when its near the end of the game and a team is in the red zone and trailing they are gonna give them every opportunity to score. Its been that way for at least 20 years.

Remember in 2001 when the Pats got a turnover and apparently scored on it, they called a penalty on them for mugging Faulk and gave the Rams another chance. Heck, the Pats were mugging Faulk all day, but they waited until then to call it.

The takeaway here is that the Bengals needed to know they couldn't get away with anything when the Rams were in the red zone at the end.

I was just surprised he admitted they took advantage of it in 2001 but now thinks it should change! rolled eyes smiley

#HelmetHornsMatter

“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.

“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
