Not all #1 picks have the same value....

it sounds good in the news, but a Rams first round pick is basically a second round pick

top 15 pick has real value, after that it falls off enough to put 16-60 in the same basket and hope to pick a good one.

What the Rams excel at is picking quality day two and three picks and have the culture and coaching to make it all work.....not every team can duplicate that magic
