I would not underestimate the talent out there

On the "Speak for yourself" show Acho said that McVay is the most brilliant guy in the NFL because he's traded draft capital to obtain highly skilled and proven players, and he's had great success. The old way of building a team through drafting is over.

As one other poster said this is a copycat league and there's a lot of dedicated, smart, and hungry people out there, and there's a lot of available cash for some of those teams. It's like a gold rush, once a new technique is developed, it's going to be moved on and copied by others rushing in to get a leg up.

The NFL is a brutal war. It's very hard to repeat. I would not underestimate the other franchises. I'm worried that Rogers is going to go to the 9ners.
