But as a human being, much less a pro football coach, you have to be able to manage your time and energy such that you can ensure yourself a decent quality of life. Period.

Whether he keeps coaching or not, he will need to do this as a human being. And that's what I hear him saying.

Not that I work with people with anxiety and stress burnout ... oh wait ...
