He needs to relax more. On his vacation he chats up Stafford on the Rams and works out a trade for him. It got him to the Super Bowl but most people don't work on vacation. They lay on a raft in the pool, snorkel, drink exotic cocktails and have Aviance nights. Our guy isn't looking for colorful fish. He's hunting A lol Pro quarterbacks. After we win he should let Snead do personnel decisions and he should go relax somewhere without football. He should destress. At least two weeks away. No game film. No negotiations. No scheming. Just vegging. He is a very young man. He has a very long career ahead of him.
