The issue is no indoor facility. The outdoor is fine except when it gets windy. Moreover, Thousand Oaks is really subject to the Santa Ana winds that come charging through the canyons. That affects passing drills, etc. There is also the fire danger that would wreck havoc on a practice schedule for a big game. We live close to where the major fire in Laguna Beach broke out this morning due to the hot weather and fierce winds going offshore. Seems to be under control now but we were up around 5:AM watching the news.
