Looking at the staffs McVay has been on, a huge percentage of them are currently employed by other teams (Mostly the 49ers and Packers) However, there are a few guys that he's worked with that might be available. Keep in mind, O'Connell knows these guys as well and may grab them for his staff.

Jay Gruden. I'm guessing he'll hold out for a real OC job.
