People I know today find it hard to believe when I tell them that when that 1st SB took place it was NOT a big thing around where I live...most didn't even know about it. All my friends, my age, were HUGE baseball fans but pro football? not at all. Around here it was Namath in the third SB that set the gears in motion. And yes, I realize that's not at all how it was in the home cities. - JamesJM
