He did a lot of good things for the Rams. Made some good draft choices and made them a tough out. He really started what our current coach has improved on.
Do I think Fisher could do what McVay has done? Not a chance, do I think Fisher started the Rams better football trend? Yes I do.
Remember the first season without Fisher the Rams went 11-5 with a roster made up of mostly his guys still.
I am thankful for what Fisher did do for this franchise which was drag them out of the cellar and lay the groundwork for a better coach to take the next step to a top 10 NFL team season in and season out.
I hope the Rams keep Coach McVay for the next 20 years. I think he is the guy you keep and stay with even when it's time to rebuild.
