I waited until half time yesterday (pacing in my basement) and waited about 45 minutes so that by the time I start watching the 3rd quarter, they should be starting the 4th quarter. I heard my son upstairs two floors up go nuts when it was 27-3. I knew it would be bad. I picked it up right when Cam Akers fumbles the second time. Took me about 20 minutes after the game for my heart to stop pounding.
I find waiting stops the commercials onslaught, but also keeps me from turning into an animal. Some what.
