I think both things are true

Losing Jones was an enormous loss for the Rams. And the DL has been a big part of how this defense has been playing the past 5 games.

Which, btw, has been 17ish points per game allowed. And that's without deducting TD passes to the opponent.

Still feel kind of punched in the gut for Jones. Just how good he was playing. But at the same time watch that DL. Those boys are absolutely ballin out there every snap.
