Oddly, both Ourlads and ESPN show Reeder and Rozeboom as the starting ILB's with Howard as a backup.

And while I don't really think Rozeboom is gonna start over Howard he is probably their 3rd ILB. (And no, that does not give me the warm and fuzzies ...)
