We know nothing. That guy who wrote it knows nothing. We only know there is a dispute. We don't know that Ramsey had an issue with where Rapp was linged up.

It could be that there were 2 TEs to one side and there was an issue there, who was to match what.

it could be Ramsey was freelancing---and he should be able to do once in a while and maybe Rapp was telling him
to play the coverage and Ramsey didn't like being corrected.

it could be Rapp was wrong.
it could be both were wrong
it could be Ramsey was wrong
it could be far different than that guy who wrote stuff

And the things he lied about matter. That why the formation (he got it wrong)
and the depth (he got wrong) matter.

It undercuts any credibility to his fable.
