Note when looking at the rams cap space 1.9 million but that is with a 45 man roster. Their effective cap space (once they fill out to a 51 man roster) is
-3 million.
Dolphins, Chargers, Jags, Washington, Cinn, Seahawks, and Colts all have over 40 million effective cap space (fill out to a 51 man roster). Jags, Cinn, Colts tend not to use all of their cap space. Six more teams have from 27 to 40 million effective cap space (Steelers, Broncos, Jets, Bears, Raiders, Browns). Pats at 21. Panthers, Lions, Bucs, Texans, Chiefs, Ravens from 15 to 10 million. Cards and Eagles each about 6. Bills, Niners, Titans in same boat as us (in the red from 1.3 to 2.5). Falcons 8 million in the red. Vikings and the Giants are 14 to 15 million in the red. The Giants??? Talk about poor team management cap hell and NOTHING to show for it. Cowboys 22.5 million in the red. Packers 48 million and NO 74!!!!! They kept being in hell and restructuring to get out of each years cap issues. At some point, they will not be able to do that anymore.
NO has four players with 20+ cap space contracts in 22 and another 7 with 11+. The rams have 4 20+ 2022 contracts also but only 3 contracts over 10 (all over 14).
