Goff takes a lot of heat around here and else where for his issues. Some well earned and some over blown IMO. He was what he was but did get us to the SB even with his limitations. How many other QB's have done that for us? lol
He takes way more heat than Ferragamo who has achieved legend status among Ram fans. Ferragamo ALSO missed a wide open WR (Billy Waddy) in the end zone that might have changed the outcome against the Steelers.
Imagine if Goff hits Cooks and Ferragamo hits Waddy...we could have 3 rings right now!!! 2 FRIGGIN PLAYS AWAY!!!!
I think Goff is the better passer of the 2 qb's but that is debatable I guess.
I was big fans of BOTH QB's and see their Rams tenure's as very similar but one is revered and one is not. Will the attitude towards Goff change after he is retired like Ferragamo's did? Should be interesting to find out.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
