According to overthecap, we will be 2.4 million under a 208.2 cap. However, as that is with only 44 players we are actually over the cap even if we sign players to the minimum salary to fill out a 51 man roster. We will have 8 starters including Gay our kicker as FAs. If Whit retires that would give the rams 13 million more in cap space.
