It is hard to say with both Hill and Johnson due to the Browns defense overall and their lack of performance as a whole.
The Browns have an elite edge rusher but the rest of the D has played poorly overall. I have a small interest in the Browns because my son-in-law is a huge Browns fan and is always asking me why they aren't playing well so I watch and give him what I think about them and then because both Hill and Johnson were favorites of mine while with the Rams. Johnson will always be a favorite of mine thanks to his interception at home against the Hawks as a rookie.
To that extent, Hill has been okay and Johnson has not made a difference for what the Browns are paying him. I think both the Rams and Hill and Johnson would have been much better off staying together. They were great fits with our Rams and our Rams miss them both on D.
They have just been okay with the Browns but their loss on the Rams side of things has been profound.
