I understand all of that perfectly, you're not telling me anything I don't already know.
Do you love what Morris does then? So you're fine with the way he is calling games and using players?.
But what people can do is try and understand what is happening.
But overall on this board there have been a lot of false narratives and as far as I can tell there are few here trying to correct them and quite a few perpetrating them
What does it matter what I want? Or what you want? or what whiners from other boards want?
None of us know anything compared to Morris. Or any NFL coordinator. They'd rightfully laugh at all of us.
Now, via study some of us can learn what is going on.... but what seems to be happening is people are blaming the scheme or Morris for what could
be failings of players. And it kind of has grown old.
But what I have explained is the scheme is nothing like people have described it. But people have to accept that any scheme can be beaten if the opponent plays their offense right. That happens. It's the NFL, an offensive-oriented league.
I gather that people want aggressive man coverage but that is flat-out crazy if you don't have players that can play it well. And it takes more than one.
Maybe if you are Patriots---and have coaches who can implement it, but they don't play tight all the time... just watch it
You want Miami's defense- like 29th in everything? They play a decent amount of man coverage...and sometimes it works and it fails a lot, too
Ram fans should be more concerned with Stafford breaking out of his slump. He's more of the reason the Rams lost the last 2, as you pointed out
