Hopefully those bad 'decades' are done 21. Sure, we may need to endure a year or 2 of rebuilding here n there, but all teams have that. But maybe the bad 'decades' are behind us for some time, because of McVay, and our front office as whole, seem fairly young for their respective positions (IMO).

Right now I'm really liking this organization from top to bottom..... it's been a long time since I could say that.
