Humphrey, Myers, Werner, Basham, Surratt, even Hunter Long, on and on. At least 7-8 players that would have been better picks there. Not to mention trading back.
I think Woods and Kupp need to lean on the kid hard and see if he will come around. The only way the ROI of drafting him is there if if he became a really good KOR/punt returner. Seems like he's far, far away from that.
I think you give him through 2022 and then cut him if something substantial doesn't change.
