I was finally able to see a replay of the DET game. I really liked the balance in the passing attack. Woods, Jefferson, and Higbee all repeatedly made big catches. I don't see how a defense can ignore the whole spread of the passing game.
Also, C K is pretty nifty at avoiding big hits. I mean, lots of catches do expose him. And he got hurt in the past. But I think the way Matt hits him and his skill at stepping around hits are pretty reassuring.
Knock on all available wood. Injuries are ALWAYS the nightmare.
But a few less catches would not, I think, make that much of a difference.
