Goff needs to start playing like it means something to him. I know Goff can take a hit and make the throw, he has done that for us in the past. Why isn't he willing to do that on that 4th down?
I keep seeing people mention how bad Detroit is. Yes they're bad. But Goff has been bad for them too. 8 turnovers in 6 games. Key missed passes. That team is playing hard but if the QB keeps that up they won't be playing hard for much longer. They'll start going through the motions. So the take on the vid is accurate to me and if I'm the coach I'd rather have a lower end talent in there who will leave it all on the field than a higher talented guy whose head is not in the game or who is mentally incapable of leaving everything on the field.
