is being done to recognize issues......IMO if you truly want to help the issues with the American Indians set them up with opportunities to improve their situations....Improve their school systems, give them solutions to deal with their economic and health issues..but unfortunately there are party officials who think throwing a meaningless bone to groups will appease them, and things can stay status quo. "hey we changed that awful name...see we care....Let's move on"....
