Look, for a younger person, I'm pretty old-school; I think the "woke" crowd and the Twitter mob dictate too much right now.

But team names have been something marginalized groups have railed against for a long time.

This thing about changing team names erasing history or whatever is nonsense. Folks say the same thing when teams move to different cities, but I don't think the team history has suddenly been erased for all of those teams either.
