we'll see if that can improve. But IMO, in reality the reason something isn't done consistently can have several reasons, 1 they don't work on it enough, 2 they don't find that to be a priority, 3 it's poor execution...If it's execution that can for sure be fixed, if it's a combo of the 1st 2 it won't be fixed because of the reason it's happening......
I can't see logically a team would not want to do as many 3 and outs as possible, so the very point you make of doing it at the onset of the bucs game but faltering as the game progressed is to me bewildering at least and aggravating at most. A lot of those 4th down mentions you give go directly to that 1st game when the bears did it almost everytime when inside the RAMS 40-45 and had some yards to go for a couple to boot. Yes a very stout job against the colts 2x's.
