when the Buc's knew the Ram's wanted to run the clock. checking the stats I was surprised to find that most of that was in the 3rd, not the 4th Qtr.

This may not be precise but I calculated runs like this:

1st Qtr - 8 runs for 20 yards... Funk had one of those carries for 6 - the first run and got no more in the game. Odd, that, don't you think?

2nd Qtr - 2 runs for 6 yards

3rd Qtr 9 runs for 20 yards

4th Qtr 3 runs for 21 yards.

Don't know that that tells us anything at all... but interesting to see more runs in the 1st and 3rd. If not for the 15 yard gain on one run by Sony in the 4th the two halves of the game are almost identical. - JamesJM
