Since the second he was drafted, Tutu was the talk of the draft. (and not in a good way)
I'm also on record never expecting him to have been the Rams first pick of the 2021 draft.
I believe his time to shine is coming soon.
The Rams brass went all in on him.
They passed on some really good rookie players at other position groups rated much higher by the consensus.
I'm excited to see him get touches on punt returns and hopefully a care package on offense.
