I don't know about the fumbles at zero? As there isn't a really easy way to check this. Those stats that show fumbles are defensive fumbles recovered.i was trying to see if he was a fumbler also best I could find was from this article on turf show times it's rather long here is an excerpt talking about his fumbles.
"5 fumbles in last 2 seasons. 139 career receptions, which a fumble every 28 touches, a very high rate. Per ESPN, Desean Jackson has 7 career fumbles in the NFL, which is a fumble every 87 catches."
