Totally agree and I think X. Jones would be the one who would get cut. McVay has been pretty outspoken on how impressed he has been with Funk compared to Jones “he’s done a few nice things when he gets an opportunity ”. Possibly the team has too many ST aces on the roster (Funk, Jones, Scott, Harris, Skow etc) especially with the depth at safety and WR. Funk also would be a candidate to replace Calais as the primary KR IMO and has had some reps with the first unit as a 3rd down back. I think Funk has done enough.
