If they don't have to give up too much. Dillon, Michel, both on cheap rookie contracts but buried on the depth chart. Neither adds much in passing game though.

The issue with any free-agent or rookie is knowing the blocking assignments. McVay won't put anyone out there who he doesn't trust to block. Maybe why it took akers time to get on the field.
