Howard is inside and the Rams like him.
Besides Obo--who could still show something (pass rushers rarely develop overnight) there's Hollins, Lewis, and Garrett. To outsiders like us and other teams, all those guys are question marks. The Rams themselves would know more, though it's still early. On paper anyway it is not impossible they can get something from that group. Though if Rams players themselves are not optimistic about that, it's something of a reveal at this point.
