Many felt it was simple.

On what level did many feel it was simple?

Made it easy for QB.

McVay has only had 2 QB's that started for him in games that mattered.

How easy he made it for them is in the eye of the beholder.

He sure turned Goff's career around after the Fisher era.

He barely had Wolford for a minute and he looked decent from my recliner.

It seemed to me that McVay opened up the playbook more with Wolford.

The record shows McVay made 2 completely different QB's look capable of winning games after he coached them up.

Now that Stafford is his guy it's complicated. Ok.

Yes now that Stafford is his guy with 12 years of experience, the offense should be more complicated by default.

If they say so. Says a lot about how Matt is impacting this offense or does it?

I'm of the opinion that a midseason 2021 review of how Stafford is impacting the offense will speak for itself.

Until that time comes, everything else is speculation.
