The only realistic scenario I see is if Snead is given some kind of sentimental discount or preferential treatment due to his ties with Atlanta.
As far as Jones the player, his reputation is unmatched while the reality is probably just a shadow of what he once was. Hypothetically, adding a great player is always worth considering but as others have mentioned, it's hard to imagine how the Rams could pull it off, if they even wanted to.
