In that it is not clear how well and what percentage of the success in drafting was him. There was a great article some time ago about how he is the one that banged the table for Jordan Fuller and that turned out excellent particularly for the draft slot. If he was the draft whisperer, we may see a drop off. Loved the two 3rds but losing him might hurt over time.
