there's this idea that the Rams offensive line isn't capable of winning football but the reality is that if goff had played better in about three games then we would have been about 13 and 3. So upgrading at quarterback does not necessarily mean that the offensive line can't look much improved. It also doesn't necessarily mean that some of that pressure wasn't due to the quarterback's own limitations. Not all of them it course. I think we are all well aware that from time to time our offensive line just couldn't hold up to physical defensive lines.however I also believe that goff was a significant part of the issue himself.
If the Rams roll out the same offensive line then I guess we'll have an objective answer as to whether or not they were so poor that we couldn't win games or did the quarterback attribute to some of the pressure himself. And then there will be no excuses either way, right?
