Not so sure about that it isn't like that anymore. If a team HAS to pass they are a much easier team to defend and attack, I still think the D run game must be something that can dominate when needed to really have a dominant style D overall. If you can load your D with guys like we have in the back end who can hit add OLB that can keep the edge and stuffers up the middle and at the same time have those players be able to be hard issues on pass ...that is what I would want.....IMO that is why Floyd is such a needed guy to retain. Now if we could just get lucky on the inside spots and get a break with health from the young OLB's.........
Of course quite a bit of that having the other side pass so much is having an O that can not only get yards but score the 7's.....we need that issue resolved SO much. Hope Matthew is a key to that.
