And exactly what is it that is supposed to attract teams to him? Simply he is a freak athlete. Lots of those in the NFL and only some of them ever match that freakish athleticism.
Clowney has never been one of them.
Now if he wants to come in for near minimum wage to try and prove himself? OK. But then it doesn't hurt unless the Rams passed up another Edge player that would likely be more productive.

If they can sign Clowney for a Wal-Mart veteran minimum contract with incentives, I will be okay with it.
Would much rather have several of the other F/A edge rushers though.
