I am confused at beginning of the offseason, Aints were 100 million over the cap and now they were reported as about 17 million over, while the Rams were 35 million over and are still at 34 million on some boards 21 million in others. Question is if the sites are counting moves hence the Aints dropping 83 million in cap, how is it that the Rams are only dropping 11 million, is Snead asleep at the switch or are our restructurings taking longer than expected OR are they waiting to see how much they need to restructure, to get FA they are targeting AND get under the cap?
